Weekend – Weekday Rates
Combinations of Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday (2 nights) will result in a weekend rate charge for both nights.
When booking 3 nights, Thursday or Sunday will be charged at weekday rates.
What are Holidays / Holiday Weekends
New Year’s Eve, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, week of Thanksgiving,Week of Christmas, Christmas Eve/Day, the week between Christmas and New Year’s.
Booking age for cabins is 21 years old and 25 years old for lodges
We do not rent facilities for after-prom, high school graduation parties, or college formal parties.
All events are subject to approval by owners/management prior to confirmation of a reservation.
What are the check in procedures for my stay?
Check into our office after 4pm unless an early check in was approved. At the office they will be given there lock box code and directions to the cabin/lodge. If checking in after 5:00pm arrangements will need to be made with office. Check in office address: 27740 Risch Road, Rockbridge, Ohio 43149

Personal toiletries (ie shampoo, conditioner, shower soap, including hair styling/drying tools)
Charcoal and lighter fluid if the grill requires it (valid for Cool Bush Lodge and Fern Hill Cabin)

Food/food related items (ie seasonings, coffee filters, etc.)

Foil if you prefer to grill with foil

Please note that we will no longer be providing grill propane, at no cost, as of March 1, 2016. You may bring your own propane tank or rent a filled tank at a discounted rate from our office. Please call us at 740-385-6263 if you have questions about this procedure.
What do I do if I need assistance during my stay?
You can call 1-855-HHCABIN or the reference number in the information booklet in your cabin. We will be happy to assist you.
What do I do when I check out?
There are check out instructions in each cabin/lodge.
Do all of the properties on your website have access to a pool or pond?
Meadows, Creek, and Falls Lodges are the only properties with private pools. Gamebird Cabin has a private pond. Lake Logan and the Hocking Hills State Park offer public swimming (either lake/beach or pool).
What if I book online and the rates do not reflect the website specials/pricing?
While we do our best to keep the reservations system pricing up to date, there is a Special Needs category where you can enter any valid discounts or pre-negotiated pricing that should be applied to your reservation.
Bottled Water / Well Water
Note that all of our properties have well water. Some of the water may have high mineral content, sulphur, or natural gas. If you prefer, you may bring bottled water to drink for your stay.
Do all properties have internet?
Not all properties have internet. Those properties that have internet offer wifi service that is supplied by Frontier and HughesNet. Please not that we are at the mercy of the internet service providers and internet service may be intermittent at times.
