Booking Ages
Booking age for cabins is 21 years old and 25 years old for lodges

Events, Parties, and Weddings
We do not rent facilities for after-prom, high school graduation parties, college formal parties, or weddings/wedding receptions.
All events are subject to approval by owners/management prior to confirmation of a reservation.
What are the check in procedures for my stay?
You will receive an email with check in instructions including the address and lock box code 2 days prior to your arrival.
What items are included in my stay?
Each of our vacation rentals near Hocking Hills, Ohio includes the following:
- Bath towels
- Hand towels
- Wash clothes
- Dish towels
- Hand soap
- Dish soap
- Sheets
- Pillows
- Blankets
- Plates
- Glasses
- Silverware
- Cookware
- Bed linens, pillows, and blankets
- Baking dishes
- Mixing bowls
- Coffee maker/s- no filters provided. All coffee makers have flat bottom filters
- Toaster
- Cutting board
- Knives
- Starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher tabs (if applicable to your property)
What items are not included in my stay?
- Bottled water- all of our properties are on well or county water. Some of the water may have high mineral content, Sulphur, or natural gas.
- Personal toiletries
- Flashlights (in the event that there is a power outage)
- Firewood available for purchase
- Games
- Lighter/fire-starting equipment
- Movies
- Spare Blankets
- Food/food related items (ie seasonings, coffee filters, etc.)
- Clothes
- Foil if you prefer to grill with foil
What do I do if I need assistance during my stay?
You can call 740-279-2966 or the reference number in the information booklet in your cabin.
What do I do when I check out?
There are check out instructions in each cabin/lodge. You will also receive an as well with these instructions.
