Our Damage Protection program covers up to 10xs the fee that is charged. For example: if the damage protection fee is $30, then there will be $300 in coverage. Cabins and Lodges is responsible for filing all program claims on behalf of the tenants and the tenant will be notified in writing of any such claim. Tenant verification may be required in certain cases. Tenant will be responsible for the cost of repair of all damages that exceeds the coverage Limit of the Property Protection Program. The amount you pay for the Property Protection Program includes any related insurance, technology-support, service, and claims adjudication costs, along with administrative fees charged by the Cabins and Lodges for making this coverage available. This program does not cover intentional damage, those damages resulting from the negligence of tenant, or damages from non-compliance with the terms of this agreement. Determination of actual damages will be at the sole discretion of Cabins and Lodges and the program underwriter..

    We had a nice stay and enjoyed the cottage. Suggestion, for those of us that lead busy lives, it would make it easier if the amenities were included such as firewood and propane - most would not have an issue with payment $20 more for these couple items to be included. I did not take the time to read everything and was left with not propane to cook my prepared meal. My issue, but I am not sure I've ever stayed at a VRBO where I did not have this included. Thank you and hope to come back, we did enjoyed ourselves and that little slice of heaven!

    I booked this property for a friends birthday and for New Years! The cabin was just as adorable in person as it was in the pictures. We had such a good time. It was clean, the hot tub was relaxing, the fire pit was nice. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. I truly enjoyed my time and the booking process was easy.

    Photos on the site do not do this cabin justice , it's a lot bigger in person . Cabin was very clean , great location to hiking and stores if we needed something . Check in was smooth and everything worked great. Plenty of games for the family . Extra blankets and pillows if needed ! A few recommendations for those visiting this cabin bring Tupperware or foil if you plan to save leftovers if cooking in . Pens and paper if you're planning any games that require these items . Otherwise everything you need is here! Would recommend this cabin to all . Our first family trip to hocking was a success . They even had two decorated Christmas trees so we had a surprise Santa visit

    Stayed here for my best friend's bachelorette weekend. This cabin was perfect! Plenty of space to sleep, so much to do at the cabin as well as within a short drive to Logan or Athens. We all grew up in this area, too! Pro tip: bring your chef's knife and frying pan. Thank you!

    The cabin is very nice and made us feel at home. The yards massive and wish it was warmer so we could have spent more time out side! Had a great visit from some goats and pigs haha,The cabin was perfect for a relaxing vacation and was nice to get to see the area, the cabin had little flaws but nothing to complain about and would totally come back again!

    We had a wonderful week. The property and cabin were gorgeous and located 5-20 minutes from everything Hocking Hills has to offer. The communication was perfect and we knew what to do every step of the way. The outdoor living space was only topped by the beautiful inside open floor plan. The family area downstairs was a HUGE hit with my granddaughters, who now want to play pool all the time. Thank you for everything!

    The House was great for our girls weekend. We all had a space and loved the hot tub and big living area. We have all the tools for cooking dinner one night and it was convenient to all the wineries, old man's cave and literally right down the street from Cantwell's cliff which was such a beautiful and easy hike!

    We had 5 adults stay at this cabin and had a great time. We went kayaking only 15 mins away, had a fire at their lovely fire pit, relaxed in the hot tub, and enjoyed billiards and board games on their huge deck. Definitely recommend.

    We loved staying at this cabin with put family for Christmas! Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, pans, etc. for cooking and lots of extra blankets and pillows which were great!!! Very clean. Close to 7 major hiking trails in Hocking Hills. We loved it!!!

    We had 6 adults and 6 kids with PLENTY of room. Pool was great! Hot tub was great. Arcade was perfect! Everything was nice quality and clean. The property owners thought of everything! Wifi was a bit slow, but that is the only thing that wasn't great. But even with the slow speed, we could get online and the direct TV worked well, too. We will definitely return. The kids didn't want to leave!

    This property is ideal for a large family gathering. We had 8 adults and 5 children plus an infant and there was plenty of room. The kids enjoyed the pool - it was a little too cool for the adults. The game room / arcade was a hit with everyone. We had 2 pets with us and having that separate space for them was ideal. We had no issues with the long, up hill driveway in spite of not having a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Everything had been well cleared. We did not have phone service - just to be aware in case that is important. We did have adequate internet though. Property manager was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend this place to make memories!

    Cabin was large and roomy. Well maintained. We stayed with 5 other couples. Great location. Pool house was nice and clean. Pool was nice to place to relax. Pool is a great size for young kids. Hot tub was clean and warm. Hot tub a little on the small size for large group. The property was well maintained and clean plenty of room for walking. We did not get to enjoy the gas or wood fire pits out door maybe next time.

    We were met with a very clean, large yet cozy cabin. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows. The movie room was awesome! Pool was clean and warmer than expected. Although secluded, we weren't far from the trails or restaurants. Would stay again!

    A group of ladies stayed at this cabin for a weekend retreat and there was plenty of space, marched the description perfectly. Definitely worth the trip and within driving distance (20 minutes) to beautiful hiking trails through Hocking Hills.

    Great place and location for family to get together for husband's 60th birthday. We would hike during the early hours, hang in the pool in the afternoon, cook a sit down meal at dinner and have game time in the evening. The place had everything we needed. A great time had by all.

    This is a wonderful lodge type property that was perfect for a gathering with our children and grandchildren. We were lucky that the weather warmed up early so we could enjoy the pool. The large tables and huge counter top in the kitchen made it easy for group cooking and fun food gatherings. Highly recommend!

    This place is absolutely fantastic, everything you need for a relaxing time. The furnishings are all in great condition, very comfortable beds. Plenty of space for a large group of people. Very nice in ground pool. Hot tub & billiards table. Plenty of things for everyone to do wonderful fire pit with benches. This Lodge sits on a great piece of property

    We chose this cabin based on decor and layout. Several small tables throughout the main and lower level gave us lots of places to play games (i think we did every puzzle on the shelf!) The second refrigerator and second coffee maker were awesome, kitchen was well-stocked, beds were very comfortable. The booking process was very simple and provided all the information we needed. I had to talk to the staff about a few questions I had and they were very helpful! We have rented a lot of places over the years and this was one of the most welcoming places I've stayed. Sometimes people renting houses can make you feel like they are doing you a favor by letting you stay there and I didn't get that vibe at all!

    The layout of this cabin has kept us coming back for three years in a row. We like the loft area for the kids ( 5 under 5). It's a place they can be but we can still see them. It's perfectly located and always clean. The beds are comfortable and the basement not too cold. The big front porch is where we keep our coolers and boots we kick off between homes.
