Items included in your rental
Fully stocked kitchen with plates/cups/bowls, glasses, silverware, cookware, bakeware, utensils, large and small (toaster, blender, mixer, drip coffee maker) appliances, and pots and pans. Starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent (if applicable), dish tabs (if applicable), and trash bags Linens and towels- Fully made beds with sheets, and comforters, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, sponges for dishes, spare blankets (amount varies by property).
Common items to bring for your stay:
- Clothing and personal bath toiletries.
- Food and food related items- spices, coffee/flat bottom coffee filters, specific/unique small appliances (rice cooker, slow cooker, etc.)
- Firewood/Fire starting materials
- Beach towels for hot tub/pool (if applicable)
- Specific/preferred bedding and bedding for the pull-out beds and/or futons
Check In/Check Out Times
Check In is at 4 pm and Check Out is at 11/10 am depending on your property. (early check in/late check out can be added to your reservation for a fee, schedule permitting)

Damage Protection Coverage
Our Damage Protection program covers up to 10xs the fee that is charged. For example: if the damage protection fee is $30, then there will be $300 in coverage. Cabins and Lodges is responsible for filing all program claims on behalf of the tenants and the tenant will be notified in writing of any such claim. Tenant verification may be required in certain cases. Tenant will be responsible for the cost of repair of all damages that exceeds the coverage Limit of the Property Protection Program. The amount you pay for the Property Protection Program includes any related insurance, technology-support, service, and claims adjudication costs, along with administrative fees charged by the Cabins and Lodges for making this coverage available. This program does not cover intentional damage, those damages resulting from the negligence of tenant, or damages from non-compliance with the terms of this agreement. Determination of actual damages will be at the sole discretion of Cabins and Lodges and the program underwriter..

Beautiful Cabin Off The Beaten Path
Cabin was exactly as described and we loved the secluded property. Spent some of our time in nearby Hocking Hills hiking and going through the caves. My family and I had a wonderful time, made memories, and got lots of fresh air. Absolutely loved it! -
Valentines Day Weekend
We came for a Valentine's Day weekend respite. The cabin was beautifully decorated making it cozy and comfortable. The fireplace and hot tub were used both nights without any issues. Perfect after exploring the winter wonderland of Hocking Hills trails during the day. Plan to return again in the Fall. -
Fun weekend
My husband and I stayed with another couple. We had a great, relaxing weekend. The kitchen was the most stocked I've ever seen in a cabin. Will stay again! -

We had an amazing first time experience doing a Christmas vacation at a cabin. Would definitely recommend the booking process was easy. The property management company was very nice and accommodating especially Ms. Brenda! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots pans utensils... it had crockpots, an air fryer, mixers, etc. it was decorated for Christmas which was a really nice touch. -

Beautiful property on quiet road. Clean and as described online. Very well stocked kitchen (multiple crock pots). Just 10-15 min to Hocking Hills Cave area. Highly recommend and would stay here again! -

Well appointed Cabin
Very nice cabin, expertly decorated inside! Lots of room and nice hot tub. Bring your own water, well water is nasty. Little tricky to find, signage is not the greatest. Overall we were very satisfied. -
Memorable vacation!
This property was the perfect vacation spot! Very clean, well stocked, & nice secluded location. Close to a lot of attractions as well. Owners are very prompt with responses to any questions we had & nice to work with. We had an absolute blast at this beautiful cabin & will definitely stay here again!!!! We didn't wanna have to leave! Thank you for letting us rent your gorgeous cabin!!!
