Fully stocked kitchen with plates/cups/bowls, glasses, silverware, cookware, bakeware, utensils, large and small (toaster, blender, mixer, drip coffee maker) appliances, and pots and pans. Starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent (if applicable), dish tabs (if applicable), and trash bags Linens and towels- Fully made beds with sheets, and comforters, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, sponges for dishes, spare blankets (amount varies by property).
Common items to bring for your stay:
- Clothing and personal bath toiletries.
- Food and food related items- spices, coffee/flat bottom coffee filters, specific/unique small appliances (rice cooker, slow cooker, etc.)
- Firewood/Fire starting materials
- Beach towels for hot tub/pool (if applicable)
- Specific/preferred bedding and bedding for the pull-out beds and/or futons
Check In/Check Out Times
Check In is at 4 pm and Check Out is at 11/10 am depending on your property. (early check in/late check out can be added to your reservation for a fee, schedule permitting)

Damage Protection Coverage
Our Damage Protection program covers up to 10xs the fee that is charged. For example: if the damage protection fee is $30, then there will be $300 in coverage. Cabins and Lodges is responsible for filing all program claims on behalf of the tenants and the tenant will be notified in writing of any such claim. Tenant verification may be required in certain cases. Tenant will be responsible for the cost of repair of all damages that exceeds the coverage Limit of the Property Protection Program. The amount you pay for the Property Protection Program includes any related insurance, technology-support, service, and claims adjudication costs, along with administrative fees charged by the Cabins and Lodges for making this coverage available. This program does not cover intentional damage, those damages resulting from the negligence of tenant, or damages from non-compliance with the terms of this agreement. Determination of actual damages will be at the sole discretion of Cabins and Lodges and the program underwriter..

This was the perfect property for a large family weekend away. There was plenty of room for everyone and there was so much to do on the property! The house was so clean. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking.

Excellent lodge with fantastic amenities! We had 13 people stay and there was so much room inside and out. Loved the pool and game room and it's located close to Hocking Hills State Park. Thanks for the great memories!

Family friendly with amazing accommodations
We had 6 adults and 6 kids with PLENTY of room. Pool was great! Hot tub was great. Arcade was perfect! Everything was nice quality and clean. The property owners thought of everything! Wifi was a bit slow, but that is the only thing that wasn't great. But even with the slow speed, we could get online and the direct TV worked well, too. We will definitely return. The kids didn't want to leave! -
Holiday memories
This property is ideal for a large family gathering. We had 8 adults and 5 children plus an infant and there was plenty of room. The kids enjoyed the pool - it was a little too cool for the adults. The game room / arcade was a hit with everyone. We had 2 pets with us and having that separate space for them was ideal. We had no issues with the long, up hill driveway in spite of not having a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Everything had been well cleared. We did not have phone service - just to be aware in case that is important. We did have adequate internet though. Property manager was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend this place to make memories! -
Fantastic
Cabin was large and roomy. Well maintained. We stayed with 5 other couples. Great location. Pool house was nice and clean. Pool was nice to place to relax. Pool is a great size for young kids. Hot tub was clean and warm. Hot tub a little on the small size for large group. The property was well maintained and clean plenty of room for walking. We did not get to enjoy the gas or wood fire pits out door maybe next time. -

We had everything we needed for a great stay in February. Pool and game room were fantastic for the kids. Beds were comfortable. No complaints. -
